Rogation Sunday - 19th May 2019
Thank you to all that came to Rogation Sunday. It was lovely to see such diverse farms and how they are run. Thanks go to Birks Farm, Penny Farm and New Moss House Farm. Also to the parishioners of St Matthew’s Ballam who hosted us beautifully. Also thanks goes to all that brought the “Fancy Cakes”.
The Golden Jubilee Celebration, 20th May, 2017: The whole Community and their support ensured that the event was memorable and successful. Visitors came from far and wide, some even from Brazil!! Approximately 380 people attended. Never was such a great congregation assembled at St Anne's, Westby!
Rogation Sunday - 2017 & 2018
Carys, Carla and Georgina
This was a well attended, prayerful occasion with about 80 people from the joint churches attending. Thanks are due to the farms, and to all who attended: the clergy who led the prayers and to the talented, hard working ladies of our parish who put on a wonderful supper which was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. The commitment of all these people to ensure the success of the Rogation Sunday Service was exceptional and greatly appreciated. Heartfelt thanks to you all.
Greek Night - July 2015
Thank you to all who supported our Greek evening which raised a fantastic £801 for the Roof Restoration Fund. Special thanks to Paddy who inspired and organised the evening. The Greek dishes she and her family provided were wonderful. Special thanks also to Poppy for her delightful Greek singing and dancing.

First Holy Communion 2006, 2010, 2016, 2019 & 2022
In 2006, our parish was honoured to witness the First Holy Communion of six of our children, Elizabeth, Heidi, Jennifer, Poppy and twins Christian and Isabella.
June 2010 George & Olivia celebrated theirs with Georgina, Carys & Carla celebrating theirs in February 2016.
June 2019, saw Brandon & Amelia, and in December 2022, Henry & Muiread take their First Holy Communion at St Anne Church Westby.
As always, the church was full of family and friends to celebrate and share the wonderful occasion of them taking the Eucharist for the first time, a wonderful occasion for them, their families and the whole parish community!
